Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the kijun.io website, operated by Kijun ("Kijun", "we", "us"), a company registered in Israel. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site and the product

The site describes Kijun, a benchmark testing product for databases that is currently in private preview. Product descriptions, features, pricing and roadmap items on the site are provided for information, may change, and are not an offer to sell. Use of the Kijun product, including any paid plan, is governed by a separate agreement that you will be asked to accept before you use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example through excessive automated requests or by introducing malicious code;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Kijun or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from substantial parts of it without our written permission.

Apache Iceberg, Apache and related names are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation. Amazon Web Services, AWS and Athena are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, error free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your particular systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kijun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
